Yesterday, the Herndon, VA-based cybersecurity accelerator MACH37 announced the first 60 members in its mentor network, additionally putting out a global call for more members. Called the “Stars Network,” mentors include successful cybersecurity entrepreneurs, domain experts, and industry thought leaders across the United States. Members include former CIO at the Central Intelligence Agency, Alan Wade; founder and CEO of Distil Networks, Rami Essaid; and cofounder and general partner at Valhalla Partners, Hooks Johnston.
As part of the Stars Network, members receive access to all MACH37 events, and more importantly engage with MACH37's cohort companies as advisors and investors. Because of the increased global demand for cybersecurity products and the quick rise of interest in MACH37, the accelerator hopes to include industry experts and leaders from around the world.
